In response to news of the redevelopment, residents form the Remembering Minto Group with support from Macarthur Community Leadership Program, Minto RAG, St Vincent de Paul Society.

First Remembering Minto meeting held, which begins a five-year journey of collecting stories and photos.

Agreement signed for Remembering Minto book and website project, between Remembering Minto Group, Department of Housing and Information and Cultural Exchange (ICE).

Remembering Minto Day held at NSW Parliament. Residents share their experiences of the renewal through film, voice and video.
25 and 26 May 2005
Minto Lifts Off held over two days to mark the start of the book and website project.
June 2005
Launch of Memories of Sarah Precinct Calendar.
July - August 2005
Separate Australian Indigenous storytelling and Pacific Communities storytelling days are held. Other targeted events held in addition to interviews.

Remembering Minto Storytelling Festival, Campbelltown Arts Centre. Capturing the stories, images and memories of a community.
November - December 2006
“Minto Through Our Eyes” photo diary project. Residents captured their lives in photos over one week.
